Welcome to Mrs. Arend's 7th grade Science class!

I am looking forward to thinking critically and creatively with your student while we work collaboratively to communicate our ideas about the world around us.

After school this year I will be spending time with students coaching middle school cross country and science olympiad. Due to that schedule, I many times may be unavailable after school, but I am always available for communication via remind101, email, or phone. In addition, please let me know if you’d like to schedule a meeting. Hopefully, you will take the opportunity to communicate or meet with me to share with me any questions or concerns that you might have.

I believe that there is no one who knows your child as well as or in quite the same way that your family does and I would appreciate learning from you about their strengths during this school year so that I can be the best teacher that they have ever had. I promise to treat your child as if they were my own. Thank you very much for entrusting me with your most prized possession!
